Quotes are valid for the period stated in the proposal. Payment terms, including deposits and milestones, are agreed in writing before work starts. Late payments may pause work until the balance is settled.
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and the access, content and materials we need to deliver the work. Delays on your side may affect timelines.
Once full payment is received, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, excluding third-party tools, licences, fonts, plugins and stock assets, which remain subject to their own terms. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Marketing outcomes such as search rankings, traffic, leads and sales depend on factors outside our control, including search engine and platform policies. We commit to professional work and transparent reporting but do not guarantee specific results.
Our services may rely on third-party platforms and tools, such as Google, Meta, Shopify and WordPress. We are not responsible for changes, outages or policy decisions made by those providers.
To the extent permitted by law, Survex Media is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.
Either party may end a project with written notice. Fees for work completed up to that point remain payable.
